# Cost Control Staff
# Requirements:
- S1 Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Engineering Management
- Detail oriented and have strong analytical thinking
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP experience will be preferred
- Eager to learn new things, adaptable, and open for changes
- Strong business ethics, conduct all activities with honesty and integrity in line with company core value
- Willing for placement in unit Serang
# Job Description:
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly budget report and analysis (i.e budget vs actual) and effectively communicate the status, issue/concerns, and action plans to the respective Head/Manager.
- Work with other department to prepare and facilitate budget proposal (i.e CAPEX and OPEX) and monitor the realization.
- Develop cost models and analysis them to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed/supporting cost report to the respective manager.
- Manage the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data/trends/patterns using statistical techniques.
