# Learning and Development Staff
# Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and skill-based training for new hires
- Design and develop relevant training modules and materials
- Manage training logistics, schedules, and attendance records
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather participant feedback
- Collaborate with departments to identify and address learning needs
# Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Educational Technology, Communication, Psychology, or a similar field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Learning and Development / Training
- Knowing end-to-end training cycle, result-oriented, detail-oriented and good communication skills
- A good understanding of editing tools is a plus
- Placement: Cikupa, Banten.
