# Casual Leasing Officer – Mall of Serang
# Description:
- Source prospective tenants to fill vacant units or replace tenants who cancel or resign.
- Act as a liaison between tenants and relevant departments (e.g., Fit-Out, Operation) during the leasing process — from bidding to store opening.
- Expand the tenant database, stay updated on retail developments, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
- Prepare and manage all documentation related to leasing activities, including correspondence with prospective tenants, documents aligned with SOPs/DOAs, and coordination materials for other relevant departments.
# Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of current market and submarket conditions.
- Able to generate and run reports as required by management.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.
