# Senior Tooling Engineer
# Key Responsibilities:
- A full-time on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja Tangerang who will be responsible of design, development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of tooling systems used in the footwear manufacturing process.
# Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in footwear tooling development and processes
- Experience in leading team will be a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Solid understanding of footwear bottom construction and processes
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Open for people with disabilities
