# Warehouse Supervisor
# Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Management (related with Industry or Manufacture)
- Min 3 years have Experience as Warehouse supervisor in manufacturing company (Prefer in Food Industry)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Have a good analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership and teamwork.
- To be stationed in Cilegon – Banten
# Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support manager in warehouse planning & KPI achievement.
- Ensure safety compliance for people, materials, and facilities.
- Plan & implement warehouse operating procedures.
- Manage inventory (annual/quarterly/monthly), stock opname, and reporting.
- Optimize warehouse layout & logistics routes.
- Allocate and train manpower to improve efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, appraisals, and team cohesion.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
