# Maintenance Supervisor
# QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (51) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience similar supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, machine maintenance procedures, and techniques. troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and control systems is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Able. to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to shifts or respond to urgent issues outside of regular working hours if required
- Willing to work in Cilegon, Banten.
# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, preventive maintenance production and and programs machinery implement correctives for all and equipment.
- Analyze mechanical and issues, diagnose root equipment failures, and electrical causes of determine effective solutions.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance and electrical teams, ensuring performance, discipline, high and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, including task assignments and resource planning.
- Monitor execution routine maintenance activities compliance SOPs ensure and safety regulations.
- Ensure all maintenance work is properly documented, including maintenance logs, reports, and performance tracking
