# HSE Supervisor
# Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the effective implementation of HSE management systems across all production areas.
- Conduct risk assessments (HIRADC, JSA) and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented promptly.
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable preventive measures.
- Manage environmental control activities, including waste management, emissions monitoring, and compliance reporting.
- Develop, update, and enforce HSE procedures, work instructions, and policies aligned with company and legal standards.
- Organize and conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills for all departments.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO 45001 (OHSMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 9001 (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong HSE culture at all operational levels.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
# Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in HSE or similar supervisory role within manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Kemenaker RI) – mandatory, ISO 45001:2018 Internal / Lead Auditor (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and influence safety and environmental initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
