# Head of Marketing
# Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (masters degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- Strong experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Retail industries
- Proven track record in 360° marketing campaigns integrating ATL, BTL, and Digital strategies
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and e-commerce
- Demonstrated ability to build and market products from scratch, including market research, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
# Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute 360° Marketing Strategy: Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives combining ATL, BTL, and Digital channels to strengthen brand awareness and market share.
- Drive Digital Excellence: Oversee digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, influencer collaborations, content, and social media to maximize online engagement and conversions.
- Product Marketing Leadership: Take ownership from product ideation to launch. Define brand positioning, conduct market analysis, and build integrated campaigns to introduce new products successfully.
- Brand Building: Develop compelling brand stories and ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints. Build emotional connections with our customers through authentic storytelling.
- Lead and Grow the Marketing Team: Manage, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team. Build a collaborative and results-driven culture that supports innovation and accountability.
- Campaign Performance and Budget Management: Track, analyze, and report campaign results. Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficiency and high ROI across channels.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution and unified brand strategies.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
