# Slitting Process Engineer
This role is responsible for setting and improving production process standards for aseptic packaging in the Slitting, Doctoring, and Packing areas, while also supporting other manufacturing processes in the Indonesia factory.
# Responsibilities:
- Establish and continuously improve production process standards for Slitting, Doctoring, and Packing areas
- Define and maintain process parameters, equipment settings, and operation methods with proper
documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to production operators to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Project and Quality teams to develop, optimize, and monitor production and quality standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and customer issues.
- Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong English communication skills.
- Over 5 years of experience in slitting processes within aseptic or flexible packaging manufacturing.
- Proficient in high-speed slitting machines (narrow or wide band); experience with IMS (AZ7, T2D) is an
- Good understanding of inspection and packing line equipment (e.g., Zeugma, IMS, conveyors, shrink ovens, palletizers, stretch film applicators).
- Strong knowledge of aseptic/flexible material production processes.
- Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, or WCM.
