# Job Requirements
- Have min. 3 years working experience as Production Supervisor preferable in Food Industry
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- Have a deep understanding in GMP, HACCP & ISO
- Strong leadership with members of crew 20 people or more
- Familiar with MS. Excel/Microsoft Office
- Able to work in shifts and to be place in Cikande
# Job Responbilities
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving internal problem.
- Organize workflow Production, establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate to the employee.
- Deliver good interpersonal and communication skill to all level in organization
- Ensure the safe use equipment and schedule of regular maintenance.
- Guide and coach employees, and monitoring their productivity.
- Submit report on performance and progress
- Identify issue in efficiency and suggest for improvement
