# Sales Marketing (Mandarin Speaker)
# Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Communication, Business, Marketing or related fields
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (min. HSK Level 4)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial estate, property development, or B2B sales.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang
# Job Description:
- Promote and sell industrial estate land, warehouses, and factory spaces to both local and international clients, especially Chinese investors.
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities or events targeting the Chinese market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Translate documents, presentations, and business communications between Mandarin and English/Indonesian as needed
