# QA Technician – Cikande, Banten
# Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the entire production process complies with quality and food safety standards.
- Ensure the production process follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintains hygienic conditions per established standards.
- Ensure all production processes are properly recorded for traceability in case of customer complaints, quality deviations, or other investigations.
- Ensure all Critical Control Points (CCPs) are properly monitored, and corrective actions are taken per the HACCP Plan in case of deviations.
- Ensure each product’s net weight meets labelling claims.
- Ensure proper execution of Cleaning in Place (CIP) and manual equipment cleaning according to established parameters.
# Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma, associate degree or equivalent in basic science, food technology, microbiology, chemistry or equivalent.
- Min. 2+ years experiences in QA/R&D and/conversion in food manufacturing environment
- Proficient in English is advantage
- Skill: FSSC 22000, Quality Control Quality Management System, HAS 23000
- Willing to be relocated to Cikande, Serang Banten
- Willing to work shifts
