# Maintenance Supervisor

# Operations:
- Lead the team and delegate to maintain and repair utility process equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across key production areas, particularly in Utility Systems (e.g., Boilers, Chillers, Compressors) and Processing Equipment (e.g., Mixing, Filling, and CIP systems).
- Ensure the availability and effective lifecycle management of critical spare parts to avoid downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and day to day supervision of maintenance systems, processes, and documentation associated with efficient and High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Prevention and Organizations (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOP’s, Safety, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments to align maintenance priorities with operational needs.
- Develops and/or maintains Key Performance Indicators for tracking and reporting the performance of the maintenance function (supplier performance, 3rd party contractor performance, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, etc.)
- Provides long term solutions and day-to-day support to all operating teams having issues with troubleshooting, problem analysis, equipment failures, etc
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory.
- Provides regular status reports to maintenance management team.
- Manage and mentor the maintenance team to enhance their technical skills, accountability, and responsiveness.
- Design, develop and implement standard site management tasks for clear requests.
- Coordinate and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and make sure all utility process PM run properly
- Perform a range of site maintenance activities, either to support others or to achieve pre-established outcomes.
- Lead the implementation and development of TPM and/or Six Sigma projects to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance KPIs.
- Support capital investment and equipment upgrade projects from a maintenance readiness and reliability standpoint.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support internal and external audits.

# People Management:
- Manage and delegate minor/ preventive maintenance task in accordance to organization needs
- Actively supervise all troubleshooting in utility and process area
- Manage resources, monitor the vertime hours every month
- Provide on-the-job coaching to the manufacturing team
- Training and improving capability of the manufacturing associates to support growth
- Annually assess associates’ capabilities and support their competencies improvement
- Participate in establishing HACCP, GMP, Halal and FSSC system
- Participate in the improvement of the Quality & Food Safety Systems by detecting, requiring and taking corrective action to prevent nonconformities

# Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics.
- 3 years’ experience as Maintenance Supervisor in F&B manufacturing.
- Skilled in Lean Manufacturing and TPM implementation.
- Hands-on expertise in production line maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong team leadership and coordination with cross-functional departments.
- Able to communicate in English (Conversation)
- Proficient in CMMS and committed to safety, hygiene, and compliance.
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang, Banten
