# Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma/bachelor’s degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in the same position
- Proficient in sales order processing, pricing updates, return & complaint handling, and product delivery coordination.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and reporting (e.g. monthly sales, best-seller recap).
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 implementation and compliance.
- Capable of working cross-functionally (with production, warehouse, PPIC, transporters).
- Analytical, organized, and responsive to customer inquiries and complaints.
