# Senior Product Consultant (SPC)
# Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, POS, and customer service
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment
- Handle customer feedback and daily operational issues
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Share product knowledge and lead internal training sessions
- Ensure compliance with inventory and asset policies
# Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail/sales (3C/FMCG preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible and a strong team player
- Administrative skills are a plus

# Responsibilities:
- Lead overall store operations and implement Xiaomi strategies
- Plan and achieve sales targets
- Ensure merchandise display and stock flow
- Supervise service quality and handle complaints
- Recruit, train, and manage store team
- Communicate effectively with HQ and regional teams
# Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail/sales leadership
- Strong in administration, leadership, and operations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Electronics or FMCG background preferred
- English-speaking ability is a plus
